Dora Lomax

PRINCIPAL
After graduating with High Honours from the Sheridan College Interior Design Program in 1993, Dora Lomax began her own interior design company where she worked for several years before her employment at various interior design firms. In 2004 she joined McCallum Sather Architects where she currently leads many of our interiors projects.
Dora takes a proactive approach to design and routinely engages in the participation of user groups where she enthusiastically welcomes their input and values their contribution. Recently, Dora completed the interior renovations to Hamilton City Hall, a 100,000+ sq. ft. heritage-designated building located in downtown Hamilton. She was also the Interior Designer for the award-winning McMaster University Faculty of Health Sciences Library.
Dora is a Registered Interior Designer having written her National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exams in 2000. She is also LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) and the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC).
